David E. Taylor

David E. Taylor is currently a system architect at Exegy, Inc. Prior to joining Exegy, he was a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. He completed the Doctor of Science in Computer Engineering degree under the mentorship of Dr. Jonathan S. Turner. He was actively involved in computer communications research at the Applied Research Laboratory. His research interests include algorithms and architectures for IP lookup, packet classification, high-performance reconfigurable hardware systems, and programmable routers.
