How would you rate this paper, relative to others we have read? bottom 50%
How would you rate your knowledge of the topic of this paper? familiar, but not expert
What problem or issue does the paper address? Why is it important?
In the paper the misbehavior of receiver-driven TCP is considered. As receiver controls the whole process of data sending, it is important for a sender to reveal a misbehaving flow.
What are the main contributions of the paper and why are they important?
The main contribution of the paper is of showing possible ways of misbehaving of flows that use receiver-driven TCP. Authors modeled misbehaviour and provided with some exploration of possible solutions for misbehavior.
How significant are these contributions relative to previous work?
As I am not familiar with the previous work, I cannot compare this work with the previous one.
Give detailed comments justifying your view of the paper.
Although the topic of the paper is interesting and important, I do not think that authors managed to consider the topic in the appropriate way. More detailed analysis is required for making any conclusion. In addition, more simulations with different parameters should be done as well as experiments in a real network. I did not find any significant contribution of the paper.
