Half of the reviewers supposed that the paper was really good and ranked it in top 25%, but not top 10%. Other half of the reviewers did not supposed the paper as a really good one. At the end of the discussion it lookd like all people agreed that several issues in the paper needed to be considered more carefully. Those issues are of using an evaluation metric, using the schema not only for packets but also for TCP streams.
