What is the consensus rating for this paper? top 25%, but not top 10%
How confident are you that the consensus judgement treats the paper fairly? reasonably confident
How would you rate the overall review process for this paper? ok, but uneven
How did the disagreements among the reviewers get resolved? Or if you were unable to reach consensus, what were the main sticking points?
Most discussions evolved around the shortcomings and the limited practical use (due to problems) of the presented prototype. Dr. Turner resolved the discussion by pointing out that it is not the papers intend to propose a perfect solution, it proposes only the first step towards such a solution.
Indeed the paper was hard to discuss since every problem could be reduced to a weakness in either the LSI and VSM algorithms or the p2p component, and every approach to change to a different topic just shifted the focus to another problem. The general consensus was that the idea is good but it will take a long time until it will be useable.
