• The parity of a number is defined as a function that returns:
  • 0 if the number's binary representation has an even number of bits=1
  • 1 if the number's binary representation has an odd number of bits=1

• Examples
  • CalculateParity(1) returns 1 since '0000..0001' has an odd number of bits=1
  • CaluclateParity(2) also returns 1 since '0000..0010' has an odd number of bits=1
  • CaluclateParity(15) returns 0 since '0000..1111' has an even number of bits=1

• Assume that the C code has defined your function as follows:
