I am a PhD Student in Computer Science at Washington University in St. Louis. I am doing research with ARL (Applied Research Lab).
I got MSc in Applied Physics and Mathematics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (Moscow, Russia) in 2002.
I am doing research on theoretical foundations of congestion control under the guidance of Prof. Sergey Gorinsky . I am working on congestion avoidance algorithms with focus on fairness, responsiveness and smoothness.
The paper that will be presented at Networking Seminar on the 26th of April, 2007: "Congestion Control for Small Buffer High Speed Networks".
